Terms and Conditions

Guarantee:
We will exchange or refund any faulty goods purchased from this website as stated under the returns and refunds policy.

Pricing and Availability:
We aim to despatch within the timescale indicated on the delivery form but reserve the right to change this should circumstances alter. If any item is out of stock we will inform you and forward it to you as soon as the item becomes available at no extra charge.
If the item is not expected back into stock we refund the cost of the item to you.

Price and availability information is subject to change or alteration without prior notice.

Order Processing:
Payments are debited prior to shipment of orders. Cheques will have to be cleared before shipment so please allow 7 days following placement of order if paying by cheque for shipment to take place.

Payment accepted: UK - Paypal, personal cheque made payable to Jeneca Beads, Postal Order. Please do not send cash through the post.
Europe and Worldwide - Paypal only unless other arrangements made prior to placing the order.
(Please note: You do not need a PAYPAL account to pay using Paypal only a debit or credit card - Visa/Mastercard etc.)

Credit Card Security:
Payments made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Electron and Solo card take place using a secure server. No information is held on clear text on the website. We do not have any access to your credit card number.

Credit Card via Telephone Orders:
There is a minimum order value of £10.00 for any credit card purchase. You may place an order over the telephone via the shop during shop opening hours of 9.00am - 5.00 pm (Tel: 01805 623381)

We do not keep any credit card information and do not inform any third party of your details.

Shipping Times:
Orders received by 1.00pm on the day of trading are aimed to be posted out on the same day. Orders received after this time will be sent by the next postal day.

Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum order quantity required on any item. There is a minimum credit card charge of £10.00 for telephone orders.

Out of Stock Items:
We try to avoid this occurring but occasionally an item may be out of stock in your order.
In this case we shall send on all other items and place the out of stock item on back order. This will be forwarded on within 7-10 days when it is back in stock at no extra charge. We will email you about any out of stock items and keep you up-to-date with expected delivery dates.
If the item is not expected back into stock the cost of the item will be refunded to you

Missing Parcels:
UK customers – The parcel must be missing for at least 14 days - then contact us in order that we may make a claim. This applies to orders with a value of between £10.00 - £35.00. If the claim is accepted then we will then be able to make a refund for the missing items.
Parcels over this value should be insured against loss at the buyers expense.
If you wish to upgrade your order to Special Delivery please contact us via email or telephone in order we may advise you of the extra charges involved.

Non UK Customers - Missing Parcels cannot be traced once they have left the UK so please request postal insurance if you feel you might need it.

Please Note: We will not be held responsible for missing items after 21 days if we have not been notified prior to this.
We shall not be held responsible for missing items if they are over £30.00 in value and have not been insured by the purchaser.

All purchases are sent via First Class Post.

Purchases paid for by 3.00 pm on Monday - Friday will be sent out the same day. Purchases paid for by 11.00 a.m. on Saturday will be sent out the same day

Quantities:
All quantities are as stated and in some cases may be an approximate figure – this will be stated by the relevant item in each case.

Desciption Colours/Size:
All colours, sizes and descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you have any queries please contact us
Please note that the beads may appear larger than normal in the photographs to enable you to get a clearer picture of the beads.
Some colours may fade if left in direct sunlight or exposed to water.
Findings are nickel and lead free where possible and stated as such in the description.
We aim to quality check all items on packing but cannot guarantee all items will be perfect. In the event of mis-shapen or faulty items being sent out we will be happy to exchange them if returned in the original packing within seven days of receipt.
