Returns & Refunds

Returns: Under the terms of the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without having to give a reason.

If your order has been confirmed but the items not yet received you may contact us to change or cancel the order using our contact email;

We will then refund the cancelled items (including the original delivery charge if the complete order is cancelled and returned) as soon as possible within a maximum of 30 days of the order cancellation.

Any damaged or faulty goods will be either replaced or costs refunded to you at no extra charge. All refunds will be made using the original payment method i.e. credit card payment refunded to the same credit card. Statutory rights are not affected by this.

Any item(s) returned which are not faulty will be subject to a return to stock/handling charge and any refund will be less postage and packing costs.

We recommend returning items through recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival.
This refund policy is current and effective from February 2007 and supercedes any previous policy.
